Q:How do I pay?

​

A: You can pay for a per casual class as you attend by cash or card.Classes are $15  

 

 

Q: When can I start training?

​

A: With group sessions 12 weeks postpartum , with all one on one pt session 6 weeks postpartum and have had your 6 week check up and be cleared by your Doctor.

​

Q: Do I have to bring my baby?

​

A: You may choose to come on your own or bring your baby with you it is completely up to you, although be aware that if your child is with you it is still your responsibility I will endeavour to assist when possible but I am not responsible for any of the children.

​

Q: What should I bring to a class?

​

A: Yourself. please bring a fitness mat or a towel and a water bottle. Ensure you have appropriate footwear and a supportive bra, you may also like to bring a play mat or some toys for your little one to play with ,you may also like to bring a pram so your baby can sleep or sit and watch. 

​

Q: What if my baby is unsettled?

​

A: Not a problem ! we are all Mummas and all completely understand if your baby or toddler is crying or if you need to stop and feed, all session will be super flexible so you can stop if need be and then when ready rejoin the group.

​

Q: What if I am really unfit?

​

A: Well you have just had a baby, it is to be expected, there modifications for all exercises and I will encourage you just to go at your own pace.

​

Q: What if it is raining?

​

A: I have a back up studio at the sweat shed dubbo at 68 Gipps st if there is rain. If there is a light drizzle the session will take place, If it is heavy rain and my back up space is unavailable then session will be cancelled.

Q: Can I train if I am pregnant?

​

A: Absolutely, we encourage all women to come join our girl gang, however I recommend a free consultation before joining the group. Make sure your Doctor has cleared you to exercise before starting.

Q: Can I come if I don't have kids?

​

A: Of course! I want all women to feel welcome to join the class, however you have to be aware that the session may have a different flow to any normal class as there will be women with babies/toddlers.

​

Q: Can all kids come ?

​

A: All kids are welcome at all ages, however you know your child best so it Is completely up to you if you would like to bring them along. the ideal ages to workout with kids is from newborn to about 2 but this is just a guide.

​
